Columbia University Multi-Faith Fellowship

Columbia University is pleased to announce its Multi-Faith Fellowship opportunity to the students from different universities and schools to learn together about different faith traditions. Applicants need to attend weekly sessions, which will be conducted virtually. Students are motivated to participate in the sessions actively and represent their traditions.

Honesty, humanity, and openness are core values that make the Multi-Faith Fellowship a unique opportunity for education and dialogue. It aims to teach the students to respect and value the differences in traditions and cultures around the world. It teaches students the responsibility of maintaining the right image of their learning in front of the world through them.

Columbia University Religious Life center is committed to the mission to establish for the students that religion and learning may go hand in hand, and character grows with the knowledge. Rev.Dr. Rottenberg directs Columbia’s Earl Hall Center for Religious Life. Dean Rottenberg has academic degrees in philosophy and theology from Haverford College, Yale University, and Fordham University.

Who May Be Eligible?

To be eligible for the fellowship students should fellow below-given criteria:

  • Students from different colleges and universities who are enthusiastic about learning about different cultures and traditions should apply.

How to Apply

Eligible students should apply for the fellowship through an application form. All the details of the candidate should be filled adequately. Other supporting documents or tasks like essays asked should be completed with care. Late or incomplete applications with half-complete tasks will not be considered.

  • Details of the students like name, university name, university name, school name, etc.
  • Essay or 300 words of answering the below-given question:
  • What is one question that you would love to have answered by a faith leader who comes from one of the following traditions: Judaism, Christianity, Islam?
