The Herald-dispatch.com in partnership with The Marshall University Collegiate Recovery Community has got three recovery scholarship opportunities for the students enrolled as part-time or full-time students in Marshall University during the 2021 fall semester. The following scholarship is for the students who are actively pursuing recovery, enrolled in Marshall University, and participating in the Marshall University Collegiate Recovery Community.
The CRC provides a supportive community where students in recovery are allowed to achieve academic success while participating in a genuine college experience. Programs at the CRC are specially designed to empower students to advance their potential and help encourage and promote academic, personal, and professional goals.
The following scholarship grants two students with the one-time scholarship amount of $500 and the other two with the scholarship amount of $200. The deadline for the application submission is Friday, September 10. The submitted applications will be reviewed by the selection committee composed of the Marshall University Recovery Advisory Board and select the scholarship recipients. Who is Eligible?
Students who are actively pursuing recovery enrolled as part-time or full-time Marshall University students, and participating in the Marshall University Collegiate Recovery Community are eligible to apply.

The interested individuals are required to fill out the application form provided on the MU Collegiate Recovery website. The application should be submitted along with one letter of recommendation by e-mail to Amy Saunders at saunde22@marshall.edu
