Auto accidents have become one of the leading reasons for death. Every year, many people get injured and killed in accidents that occur due to the recklessness and negligence of others. We all know that no money can make up for the losses caused by auto accidents. It can be very tough to recover from injuries for a person after an accident. Any accidents cause not only physical but emotional and mental wounds that are hard to heal. Through this scholarship, Cohen & Cohen wants to make the financial part of their learning journey a little bit easier for them. Who May Be Eligible

Please have a look at the following requirements:

  • Any student who is currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, graduate or professional program. This includes accredited community college students and high school seniors, and students who possess a GED who have been accepted to or are enrolled in an accredited program.
  • Applicant must demonstrate that their surviving an auto accident, or standing by the side of someone who did, has inspired and pushed them to make the most out of their life.
  • Candidates must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above.

  2. Current unofficial transcript
  3. Essay response, 1,000-word maximum briefly describing:
  • The auto accident you or the victim was in, the injuries and damage sustained in the accident, and what the recovery period was like.
  • How did your accident, or the person you took care of after an accident, inform your education goals?
  • What are your career goals? Did the accident change these? If so, how?

The scholarship is worth $1,000. This award amount can be utilized to pay for the study-related expenses of worthy students. It will make students’ learning journey way much easier and motivate them to overcome all the financial challenges that are coming on their way to reach their goals gain. This scholarship will inspire the accident survivors and the individuals who took care of accident survivor to pursue their own academic goals.
