Do you like making videos and usually get compliments for your visual storytelling skill? If yes, then it is time to put your skills into use and make some quick cash! Christophers is now launching a very exciting as well as beneficial 33rd Annual Video Contest for College Students. To be eligible to compete, you must be enrolled in and attending undergraduate or graduate college classes, full or part-time, between September 2020 and February 2021.
The candidate whose video will convey effectively the message and mission of The Christophers and its belief that one person can make a difference will be chosen as the winner of this contest. Through this video contest, you can not only polish your visual storytelling skills but also get your work and talent recognized. Apart from this, you can gain a wonderful cash prize that will help you finance your education.
Christophers is a nonprofit Christian inspirational organization that was formed in 1945 by Father James Keller. This origination was founded with the mission of empowering people from all walks of life to realize they have a God-given purpose that belongs to no one else but them. This organization has been striving to achieve its mission by using print and electronic media to remind each person that they are an irreplaceable child of God who can make a difference and that constructive action works miracles.

Who May Be Eligible?
Please check the following requirements out:
- Candidates must be enrolled in and attending undergraduate or graduate college classes, full or part-time, between September 2020 and February 2021;
- Entrants who do not obtain and cannot provide written documentation of all necessary rights and permissions for music, images, video clips, and any other non-original aspects of their entry will be disqualified;
- Winning entrants who are U.S. citizens or residents will be required to provide their Social Security Number before cash prizes can be awarded.
How to Apply
To start the application process, recipients need to create first a film or video (no longer than 5 minutes or less in length) that best communicates the message and mission of The Christophers and its belief that one person can make a difference. They will also have to fill out an online application form that must be sent together with the video.
Benefits
The winners of the program will get the following cash awards. The cash awards are divided into three parts:
- First Prize – $2,000
- Second Prize – $1,000
- Third Prize – $500
Up to five Honorable Mentions – $100 each
