All you have to do is share some of your favorite fishing shots (photos or videos), and you might land up the chance to win one of six academy sports + outdoors gift cards. Interested participants can submit their fishing photos or videos between July 1 and July 31 to be a part of this fascinating activity. The first-place winner will get a $500 reward, the second-place winner will receive $150, and the third-place winner will receive $50.

The Coastal Conservation Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to marine conservation. It is constituted of 17 coastal state chapters that range from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic coast to the Pacific Northwest. The CCA’s power is derived from the thousands of recreational saltwater anglers who are members of the organization. CCA was founded in 1977 when commercial overfishing destroyed redfish and speckled trout populations along the Texas coast. CCA is the largest marine conservation organization of its kind due to its unrivaled breadth and depth of volunteer engagement. CCA and its state organizations are always involved in hundreds of various conservation initiatives and projects. These programs and initiatives include scientific research, scholarship financing, artificial reefs, hatcheries, contaminant studies, hydrological studies, freshwater inputs, and assistance to local law enforcement authorities, among other things.

How to Apply?
The application process is simple. The participants must fill up the contest online from the website and attach their photos or video along with it. Ensure that videos are no more than 500MB in size. Only HORIZONTALLY shot videos will be eligible for the contest. Please upload the highest quality possible, and videos submitted must be recorded by the person or people submitting the video.
Rules
- Any photographs or films that depict illegal, possibly hazardous, vulgar, crass, or obscene behavior will be rejected immediately.
- Stringer photographs will not be considered.
- You may submit several photos/videos to the website in different submissions!
- The file name should include the name that appears on the form that you will submit (ex. Ammyfishing.jpg Ammy should be the name submitted)
