CaptionCall allows you to speak on your telephone while reading the other person’s words. This makes many people with hearing loss more efficient and successful in interpreting conversations. You will speak to friends and relatives and make telephone calls every day. CaptionCall, designed specifically for people with hearing loss, offers real-time phone calls — similar to closed-specific TV. A live substitution agent is automatically connected to the call when you call or receive a call using CaptionCall. This individual uses voice and manual fixes to translate audio into captions.
