The United States citizens and permanent legal residents who are current black undergraduate or graduate school students from any major are welcome to apply for this scholarship. this is a wonderful opportunity for those students who are currently building or aspired to build a new business.
The firm believes that talent is evenly distributed, but the opportunity is not. Although African – Americans compromise 13.4% of the US population, just 1% of startups receiving venture funding have Black founders. The pipeline of funded entrepreneurs does not reflect the diversity of the country. This program is designed to ensure that all the talented students who are passionate about the business get an equal opportunity. It provides good support to the students to pay their academic debts along with motivating them to fulfil their dream of standing their own business. The company aims to provide a deserving opportunity to the black entrepreneurs for their overall career growth.
