Who May Be Eligible
Candidates who successfully meet these requirements are welcome to apply:
- Applicants must show serious commitment to a real estate career;
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in a two or four-year college in California;
- Aspirants must be enrolled at the time of application in a minimum of six units, including one real estate or real estate-related course;
- Recipients must have completed a minimum of twelve college-level course units within the last four years;
- Candidates should be completed at least two Real Estate or Real Estate related courses;
- Applicants must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher from all college/universities attended.

Benefits
Scholarship of $4,000 will be provided to students enrolled in four-year colleges/universities and $2,000 to those who are enrolled in two-year colleges. This amount will take all the financial worries away from all deserving candidates, and encourage them to learn more and grow more without any finance-related concern.
