California Association of Realtors Scholarship

California Association of Realtors is actively inviting applicants from across the United States to participate in its amazing scholarship. This program carries a mission of providing financial help to students who are intelligent and hold qualities of leadership and can contribute to encouraging people going into the real estate business to acquire a quality real estate education. To qualify for this program, applicants should be enrolled at California college or university pursuing a degree in the real estate field. Candidates should maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Who May Be Eligible

Candidates who successfully meet these requirements are welcome to apply:

  • Applicants must show serious commitment to a real estate career;
  • Candidates should be currently enrolled in a two or four-year college in California;
  • Aspirants must be enrolled at the time of application in a minimum of six units, including one real estate or real estate-related course;
  • Recipients must have completed a minimum of twelve college-level course units within the last four years;
  • Candidates should be completed at least two Real Estate or Real Estate related courses;
  • Applicants must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher from all college/universities attended.

Benefits

Scholarship of $4,000 will be provided to students enrolled in four-year colleges/universities and $2,000 to those who are enrolled in two-year colleges. This amount will take all the financial worries away from all deserving candidates, and encourage them to learn more and grow more without any finance-related concern.

Applications will be accepted until April 1, 2021. Any applications received after this date will not be considered.
