Improve your leadership skills and unlock your potential by becoming a part of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. These programs are organized by Rotary Clubs to help promising students to gain leadership experience and become a leader in their college and school. Through these programs, participants can polish their skills, learn new things all while having fund and making connections with other participants. Rotary clubs and districts run these programs locally for candidates aged 14 to 30.
These events will last three to ten days during which participants will involve in the following activities: presentations and workshops covering a variety of topics etc. The motive of these events is to give individuals students where they can develop creative problem-solving strategies, and young professionals can learn ethical business practices and skills to survive in a professional environment. By participating in these programs, you can learn from community leaders, inspirational speakers, and peer mentors who will guide you on how to discover strategies for becoming a dynamic leader.
