Get ready to advance your career! Biofeedback Society of Florida is welcoming candidates from across the United States to be part of its very exciting Michael Rothburd Scholarship Award. This is a wonderful learning program that will provide all deserving students with not an only educational fund but also a chance to be a part of this organization. Candidates who are enrolled in any undergraduate or graduate school and who can demonstrate an interest in biofeedback will be considered for this opportunity. post-doctoral students, researchers, and clinicians who have been practising or licensed for less than 5 years, and those who have completed a BCIA approved training course within the last 5 years are also invited to apply.
This scholarship program is established in the honor of Michael Rothburd who was a founding member of the Biofeedback Society of Florida and worked as the first president of the fledgeling organization. All the selected applicants will get a full tuition waiver for attendance at an upcoming BSF CE workshop as well as membership in the society for one year. This program is targeted toward providing the all needed support to the bright students so that they can become the better leaders of tomorrow and shape the future of the society and country. This learning program will help students develop academically and professionally as well.
Biofeedback Society of Florida is a leading membership organization located in the heart of Boynton Beach, Florida. It has been serving professionals and consumers with an interest in biofeedback and applied psychophysiology. It was formed in 1978 with the motive of facilitating the exchange of ideas, methods, research, clinical experience, and applications of biofeedback with related disciplines. This organization provides access to networking, continuing education, legislative action, and practice and technical consultation for its membership.
