Animal Art Contest for Teen Summer Readers

The Montrose Regional Library District is going to organize a fun Animal Art Contest for Teen Summer Readers. This contest will serve as a wonderful opportunity for participants to use their creative imaginations and portray them on the canvas. The art has to be related to animals or animal-themed and can be submitted in the form of a digital file or a hard copy, whichever process the participants prefer to Teen Services Librarian Amy adickinson@montroselibrary.org.

The participants of the art contest can submit their completed artworks between 1st to 22nd July in whatever format they like, whether digitally or in hard copy.  The selection procedures will be conducted by a panel of teen judges, and the names of the two winners will be announced on 31st July. The winners will be awarded exciting prizes along with a gift card from a local business; there is also something for every participant; they can earn an extra TSRP grand prize raffle entry with every submission.
