Andrew Lynch believes that people should have knowledge regarding their right to equal access to the civil justice system. For this reason, he has initiated this program encouraging the young generation to continue their fight for civil justice. This scholarship will contribute not only to making people more aware of their rights but also support students with their academic pursuits. This scholarship will accept applications from students enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, including community college students. There is no restriction on majors and educational level. All majors and all levels of college and graduate students can qualify.
These days, inequality and discrimination cases are witnessing an increment in the country because most people are unaware of their rights and the fact that they have the right to access the civil justice system regardless of their race, background, religion and financial condition. Due to the lack of knowledge in this regard, people tend to face many difficulties and are easily tricked by others. This scholarship is a small initiative taken by Andrew R. Lynch to promote accessibility to the civil justice system. It will acknowledge and reward the work of those students who know their rights and are dedicated to educating people. The application process of this program is kept simple. Applicants can be a participant of this program just sending their documents and an essay to Andrew R. Lynch by the application deadline.
