To encourage and empower students interested in the horticultural industry, WSNLA has established a very amazing and beneficial scholarship & grant Opportunities. These programs will assist students financial who hold the potential to serve and make a good impact on the horticultural industry. This year, the organization has brought both scholarships and grants. Students who are interested in applying for scholarships must be pursuing a major in the horticultural industry and planning to or attending a Northwest accredited educational institution. On the other hand, those who are interested in grants must provide research for the horticultural industry.
There are currently sixteen funding opportunities available at this foundation for which eligible students can apply. The motive of WSNLA behind establishing such funds is to help students overcome those barriers which are preventing them to further or gain an education in this field. It is quite oblivious that the high cost of education has become the primary reason why students are unable to further their education and take out loans which charge a high amount of interest. With the assistance of these scholarships and grants, this foundation wants to curve the situation that students are currently dealing with.
WSNLA is also known as Washington State Nursery & Landscape Association which is a non-profit organization growing the success of its members. It has always been dedicated to protect, promote and educate the horticultural community of Washington State. It was established in 1937, and it ensures a vibrant horticulture industry for current and future businesses through its amazing work.

Who May Be Eligible
If you are applying for scholarships, then you have to meet the following criteria:

- Aspirants must be a researcher for a Northwest accredited institution
- Recipients must agree to share research with the professional horticultural community
