Who May Eligible?

  • Must be the United States citizens or legal residents
  • Must be no older than 19 and no younger than 14 as of the end of the Contest Period
  • Must be attending school in the United States, one of its territories or districts, or an American Armed Forces School Abroad
  • Must be in grades 8 -12 and attending public, private, religious, or charter schools
  • Must be enrolled in a GED or correspondence school program
  • Must be attending a home school program.

  • National Grand Prize– $7,500 (plus a scholarship to Constitutional Academy)
  • Runners Up– Five at $1,500 each
  • Honourable Mention– Eight at $500 each
