Walmart Inc. is organizing sweepstakes 2021 and all people 18 years old and above are eligible to participate. The legal residents of the fifty United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, Alabama, Nebraska, Mississippi can participate. The participation can be both offline and online. To participate offline, entrants have to make a purchase from the participating Walmart store between the Sweepstakes period and complete their survey online. The participants can also send a postcard with all their details or shop from Walmart online and take the survey. The last date to file your participation is July 30, 2021. The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received by the Sponsor representative.
755 rewards will be announced in total. The 5 grand winners will be awarded a Walmart gift card worth $1000 and the 750 first positions candidates will get a Walmart gift voucher worth $100. Who May Be Eligible?
The legal residents of fifty United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are 18 years old and above or the age of majority in their state of residence are eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
Officers, directors and employees of Walmart Inc., and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and their respective promoting and advertising agents, consultants and immediate family members or living in the same households are ineligible to the sweepstakes.
How to Apply?
There are 4 different ways of participation:
- Entrants who are making purchase at a participating retail store between sweepstakes period and are the recipients of a survey invitation on their cash register receipt may complete the survey and enter the sweepstakes.
- Entrants making a purchase from the participating Walmart store website between sweepstakes period and are recipients of survey invitation.
- To enter without making a purchase, visit http://www.entry.survey.walmart.com/ during the sweepstakes period and complete the online form.
- On a postcard or card that is no smaller than 3 ½ × 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ × 6 inches, legibly write your name and contact details and date of birth and mail it to 2021 Walmart Sweepstakes, Po Box 228, Macedon, NY, 14502-0228.

Benefits
Five Grand Prizes will be awarded a gift voucher of $1000 each and seven-hundred and fifty-first prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Walmart Gift Card in the amount of $100 each. The total Prize amount is $80,000
