Who May Be Eligible?
Eligibility criteria for each Merit-based program differed slightly, but some basic requirements are given below:

How to Apply
Most of the Merit-based scholarships do not require any separate application. The admission application submitted by the students will be only considered as the scholarship application after the selection process for some scholarship candidates can be invited for an interview. Fellows should complete the FAFSA for those scholarships which need a financial demonstration. For presidential scholarship for distinguished achievements, candidates need to submit a separate application before the deadline.
