Entrants must be foreign-born or have foreign-born parents and have been accepted into, or is enrolled in, an accredited College, University, Graduate School of Law School in the United States for the upcoming school year.
By providing this financial support, Attorney Ral Obioha aims to inspire and empower students who are immigrants, have immigrant parents, or who dream of pursuing career paths that focus on improving the lives of immigrants in America. Immigrants make as much contribution as legal residents and citizens in the growth of the nation. And Attorney Ral Obioha considers it her duty to honour the contributions of immigrants and children of immigrants to the United States. Under this program, the financial awards will be granted to low-income immigrant college and graduate students who live and attend school in any state in the United States. This is an annual scholarship of up to $5,000 that is to be used to cover tuition and other expenses for selected college, graduate and/or law school students.
