Velvetech Scholarship Program

Velvetech is happy to sponsor the annual Velvetech Scholarship Program for students who want to pursue a degree in web design and development.

The contest is open to all the US undergraduate or graduate students who are already studying in the accredited college or university in the United States.

Velvetech is a US-based custom software development company. It is turning business ideas into enterprise solutions, web & mobile apps.

Who May Eligible

To participate in the scholarship contest, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Aspirants must be currently attending or planning to participate in a college or university during the 2019-2020 academic years.
  • Candidates must be in good academic standing with your current educational institution
  • If a student under 18, must have permission from a parent or legal guardian
  • Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)

How to Apply

  • All the applicants need to write an essay on the topic “Things to consider before going into Web Development” in 1200+ words.
  • All students should be sent to scholarship@velvetech.com in a word format only. PDFs or Link to google docs will not be accepted.
  • Aspirants should mention your full name, your university name, phone number, and email address in the scholarship application.

Benefits

The scholarship amount is $1000, and it will be awarded to the one student for their education expenses.
