University Of Ottawa Scholarships And Bursaries For Current Students

The University Of Ottawa is announcing several scholarships and bursaries for the current year 2020 to help students complete their higher education. The students who are enrolled full time in a direct-entry faculty or Civil law section, Faculty Of Law, Faculty of Law, or who appeared in the Dean’s honor list for the previous study term are welcome o apply.

These programs will assist students with their tuition fees, accommodations, and other college expenses. The motive of the grant is to provide funds to Indigenous students who are studying undergraduate courses at the University of Ottawa

Who May Be Eligible?

The eligibility criteria to apply for the grant is given below:

  • The Applicants should be enrolled in a full-time direct-entry faculty or Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section, the students who appeared in the Deans Honour list for the previous study term.
  • The TGPA should be 8.50 or higher without any failure.
  • The candidate should have completed nine units with alphanumeric grades.

How to Apply

All the eligible students of the university are directly applied to this program; there is no need to apply separately. Applicants are needed to log in to the students portal to submit their applications.  The candidates should stand on all the requirements to win the grant.

Supporting Documents

  • Students should submit all the documents to prove their excellence in their academics and the criteria set for the program.

Benefits

Winners of the Ottawa Scholarship for indigenous students will be award funds, and the value may vary. The scholarship value will directly be credited to the students’ accounts.  The funds should be utilized to lower the burden of educational expenses.

Application Deadline

The deadline to submit your application is October 31, 2020. Paper-based applications are not accepted.
