How expensive do you think it is to buy justice or acquire justice these days? Your answer must be like, “who pays for justice?” well, to counter that, many do. Many people are deprived of justice and are fighting their lives off to get the justice they deserve. Many people even dedicate their whole lives to helping others get the justice they need. Trust me, these days, many have to pay a massive sum of money even to get the justice that is theirs to the most extent. So to educate people concerning social justice that does not really exist in our society, the UNCF Social Justice Scholarship is here. It is a legitimacy grant program for understudies from New York, New Jersey, Vermont, or Connecticut focused on civil rights. Albeit all majors are urged to apply, those understudies in political theory, criminal justice, or in the course of studies toward law school are welcome.
Candidates for the program should be African American, have a base combined grade point average of 2.50 on a 4.0 scale, living in or be permanent residents of Connecticut, Vermont, New York, or New Jersey. One beneficiary will be browsed from NY, NJ, and CT or VT. He also must be a junior or senior during the hour of application. The grant is $3,000 to be awarded to the candidate selected for the 2022-2023 academic year. The deadline to apply is January 6, 2022.
