University of California Education Abroad Program, popularly known as UCEAP, offers its yearly college scholarships for the students in search of assistance to complete their college education. The scholarships will be offered to students who wish to pursue their higher education abroad and are currently students at the University of California. Students who have planned to start college in the fall after graduating high school are encouraged to apply for the UCEAP scholarships. Applicants must also plan to attend an outbound UCEAP study abroad program to be considered.
