The Tri-County Opportunities Council was established in 1965 by a group of interested citizens from Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside Counties to support these areas to achieve impeccable growth. Benefits
The council will award twelve (12) scholarships of up to $1,250 each to the students selected. The award should only be used to pay the students’ expenses like fees, tuition, and other required costs.
