Berea College Scholarships
Berea is the only one of America’s top colleges that provides 100% funding to 100% of enrolled international students for the first year of enrollment. This combination of financial aid and scholarships offsets the costs of tuition, room, board, and fees. In subsequent years, international students are expected to save $1,000 (US) per year to contribute toward their expenses. The College does provide summer jobs to international students so that they may meet this obligation.

Oregon University’s ICSP Tuition Scholarships
The Oregon University is pleased to announce the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Tuition Scholarships for international students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Both international students and domestic freshman students who apply by January 15 are automatically considered for the General University Scholarship Program. Iowa State University International Merit Scholarships
Iowa State is committed to enrolling a diverse and talented student population. The International Merit Scholarship is awarded to students who have demonstrated strong academic achievement, and outstanding talent or achievements in one or more of the following areas: math and sciences, the arts, extracurricular activities, community service, leadership, innovation, or entrepreneurship. Incoming international freshmen applicants and international transfer applicants with fewer than 66 transferable semester credits are eligible to apply. Freshmen and transfer applicants are eligible for both levels of awards: Gold – $8,000/year (renewable) and Cardinal – $4,000/year (renewable).

East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship
The East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship provides masters and doctoral funding for graduate students from Asia, the Pacific, and the United States. The program open to participating in educational, cultural, residential community building, and leadership development programs at the East-West Center while pursuing graduate study at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa (UHM). Illinois Wesleyan University Scholarships
The Illinois Wesleyan University is pleased to announce the Merit-based scholarships are offered to qualified international applicants with outstanding academic achievement and test scores on the required entrance exams. AU Emerging Global Leader Scholarship
The AU EGL scholarship covers all billable AU expenses (full tuition, room, and board) for one international student who will need a visa (preferably an F-1 or J-1 student visa) to study in the United States. Clark University Scholarships
The Clark University offers the Clark Global Scholars Programs which are open to first-year applicants (not a transfer student) who has attended school overseas for at least four years as well as international citizens attending school in the United States. Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship Program
The Aga Khan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding students (from developing countries) who have no other means of financing their studies. The Foundation accepts applications from nationals of the following countries: Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Syria, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar, and Mozambique. In France, Portugal, UK, USA and Canada, applications are accepted from those who are originally from one of the above-developing countries, are interested in development-related studies and who have no other means of financing their education. AAUW International Fellowships
AAUW (the American Association of University Women) awards International Fellowships for full-time study or research in the United States to women who are not United States citizens or permanent residents. Both graduate and postgraduate studies at accredited institutions are supported. Applicants must have earned the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree by September 30, 2017, and must have applied to their proposed institutions of study by the time of the application. Up to five International Master’s/First Professional Degree Fellowships are renewable for a second year. The program will be awarded masters/professional fellowship: $18,000, doctorate fellowship: $20,000, and postdoctoral fellowship: $30,000.

Humphrey Fellowship Program USA Government Scholarships
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a program for young and mid-career professionals sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. Citizens of eligible countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and Eurasia, Middle East and North Africa, East Asia and Pacific, South and Central Asia, and Western Hemisphere. The applicant must have an undergraduate (first university) degree, and a minimum of five years of full-time, professional experience. Approximately 200 Fellowships are awarded annually. Dartmouth College Scholarships
Dartmouth College has scholarships and loans available to international students, which include an allowance for travel to the U.S. International applicants (prospective & transfer students, current students, and graduate students), must apply for and demonstrate financial need at the time of application. U.S. students receiving financial aid are required to earn money over the summer. For international students, there is no summer student earnings expectation in your first year (before you start at Dartmouth), but in subsequent years there will be a student work contribution of $1,500. Included in your aid award will be $2,450 estimated annual income from work during academic terms.
