The Arkansas Department of Career Education’s is proud to announce you an Arkansas High-Tech Scholarship Program. The Arkansas HTS program awards $250 per semester ($500/year) to Arkansas residents who are United States citizens, graduate from a high school in Arkansas. These scholarships are awarded at the rate of $250 per semester to a maximum of $500 per school year and until completion of the program or the fourth year.
