Capture the Dream Organization will give you the Capture the Dream Single Parent Scholarship Program to all living resident of California’s Bay Area, including Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties.
