High School Biology Scholarship

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Undergraduate Scholarship Program (UGSP) offers competitive scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who committed to careers in biomedical, behavioral, and social science health-related research. The NIH UGSP will pay up to $20,000 per academic year in tuition, educational expenses, and reasonable living expenses to scholarship recipients. Simons Center for Quantitative Biology Fellows Program

CSHL is accepting nominations for its Simons Center for Quantitative Biology Fellows Program. The QB Fellows Program is a semi-independent research position designed for exceptional quantitative biologists who have recently received their Ph.D. or M.D. degree and who are sufficiently talented and experienced to forgo standard postdoctoral training. The QB Fellows Program is designed to parallel the long-running and highly successful CSHL Fellows Program, but with a focus on Quantitative Biology. Nominations and Applications are accepted throughout the year. QB Fellows are provided with a salary, start-up funds, office space for themselves and one staff person, and will have access to the general resources available at the CSHL Campus.
