Advanced Math and Science Academy Charter School (AMSACS) is a charter school currently divided into a Lower School (grades 6-8) and an Upper School (grades 9-12). Medfield Senior High School

Medfield High School is a comprehensive and rigorous high school, serving 836 students, grades 9-12. Courses at Medfield High School are offered at the Honors (H), College Prep 1 (C1), and College Prep 2 (C2) level for freshmen and sophomores. In addition to these levels, juniors and seniors may take courses at the advanced placement (AP) level. Courses at all levels align with the state curriculum frameworks but differences occur in the pacing, depth of coverage, and independent study required.

Medway High School

Medway High School was established in 2003. Their courses are offered at three levels: College Prep I, College Prep II, Honors, and Advanced Placement. In order to meet the needs of a wide range of students, Medway High School offers a variety of courses taught at four different levels. Most students take courses at varying levels throughout their high school career.

All courses offered at Medway High School are considered college preparatory classes and provide students with an appropriate academic challenge.  Students are offered opportunities to take online courses through Virtual High School. Every student in grades 9 and 10 must select a minimum of 39 credits per school year.  Students in grades 11 and 12 must enroll in a minimum of 37.5 credits per school year.
