Big Creek Elementary School

As the district’s oldest elementary school still in operation, Big Creek Elementary was built in 1939 from the consolidation of three schools: Harris Grove, Oak Grove, and Italy. The mission of Big Creek Elementary School is to instill a love of learning through a supportive, rigorous and empowering environment. Carrington Academy preschool of Big Creek provides a safe, nurturing environment where children learn, grow and thrive.

Johns Creek Elementary School

Johns Creek Elementary opened in 2007 to 860 students from Big Creek and Sharon elementary schools. Creek Elementary offers a variety of special education services that are designed to meet the individual needs of our students. A total of 11 Fulton County public elementary schools (K-5th grade) and one public Charter School serve the residents of Johns Creek. Johns. Its special education teachers work with an IEP team in developing goals, objectives, interventions, and individual accommodations that assist students academically, emotionally and socially.

Johns Creek Elementary School

Settles Bridge Elementary School

Settles Bridge Elementary opened in 1999 to house the overcrowding of 580 students at Daves Creek, Mashburn and Big Creek elementary schools. Settles Bridge Elementary Startime provides student daycare only after school. The Storytime program staff is made up of SBE teachers and staff who know and care about each and every student enrolled in the program.

Oconee County Elementary School

Oconee County Elementary School (OCES) is a public school located in Oconee County, Georgia. The school serves students in grades 3-5 with an estimated enrollment for the 2018-19 school year of 450 students. Brookwood Elementary School

Brookwood Elementary opened in August 2009, with approximately 800 students from Big Creek, Johns Creek, and Sharon elementary schools. It is After School Program (ASP) is designed to provide a safe, relaxing and enjoyable environment for school-age students who might otherwise be left at home unsupervised during the day.  The Brookwood Elementary Jump Rope Club provides an opportunity for ALL students to come to the gym before school to improve their fitness levels and have fun with their friends.

Daves Creek Elementary opened in 1996, but the building was not occupied by students until January 1997. The Dolphin Cove is designed to provide a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable environment for elementary school-age students who need supervision before and after school. Mount Vernon Presbyterian School

Whitlow Elementary opened in 2009 with 1,000 students from Cumming, Shiloh Point, and Vickery Creek Elementary Schools. George W. Whitlow Elementary School

Shiloh Point Elementary School

Shiloh Point Elementary opened in 2006 with Dr. Jill Potts-Ashworth as its first principal. The district is organized into 11 departments based on the Superintendent’s Cabinet.  Within these departments, there are offices and/or divisions of work. Its counseling department provides a comprehensive American School Counselor Association (ASCA) program for all students.
