The major concern is the age being above 35 and financial assistance. They need to be continuing with a technical or vocational education, an associate’s degree, or a first bachelor’s degree; according to the thinking by Jeannette Rankin, who had been a social and racial justice advocate, the Foundation grips to qualities like diversity, equity, and inclusion in every activity they take up. The Jeannette Rankin Foundation makes it a point to award financial need to those individuals who identify as women regardless of race, creed, religion, color, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, gender expression, national origin, or physical and cognitive disability. The Foundation defines women as everyone who is enduring the pain under the material conditions that have traditionally been consigned to women, including trans and nonbinary people, intersex and agender people, and queer people.
