Everyone should have an equal right to access education to further the world and its citizens. Therefore, Mr Soldan is offering the Thomas Soldan Healthy Communities Scholarship for US students.
The award is open for US students who can describe personal examples of a time they have supports sustainable and local health-initiatives in their community.
Mr Thomas Soldan is an Experienced Criminal Defense Lawyer at Virginia Law Firm. He has a personally devoted ample time and energy into a collegiate baseball player and continuously strives to create pathways for others to do the same.
Who May Eligible
To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- An applicant must currently enrol in the course of study at any accredited community or junior college, or an undergraduate or graduate degree program anywhere in the United States.
- High school graduates or GED holders who are about to start college-level studies are also eligible.
- All candidates must be in good academic standing and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

- Applicants need to send contact information, an updated resume, and status as a student in the US.
- Students need to send a 500-word personal statement identifying the applicant and her or his past and future dedication to healthy communities and sustainable initiatives.

Benefits
A scholarship of $1,000 will be given to any student in post-secondary education to encourage sustainable and local health-initiatives in his or her community.
