Think for Yourself Scholarship for High School Students

The “Think for Yourself” high school essay contest, sponsored by Let Grow, offers scholarships to high school students who wish to attend college. Applications are open to any individual in high school and want to study at a university during the 2021 academic year. The competition encourages students to think about the importance of free expression, curiosity, and open-mindedness in their daily lives. So, if you fit into this description, then this is an opportunity for you.

The “Think for Yourself” scholarship aims at helping the future generation become more independent. It is based on the idea that young people must be adaptable and innovative problem solvers. They won’t solve several problems if an adult is still there to solve them first. That is why Let Grow aspires to pave a new road for parents, colleges, and America as a whole: a path back to encouraging children to have fun, make things happen, and establish self-reliance. This scholarship is a means of achieving this at the grassroots level.

Let Grow is Leading the Movement for Childhood Independence. Let Grow believes that today’s children are smarter and tougher than the general public believes. They condemn the suggestion that creeps, abduction, germs, grades, flashers, annoyance, disappointment, baby snatchers, bugs, bullies, adults, failing playdates, and/or the risks of a non-organic grape put children in persistent physical, mental, or psychological risk. They aim to give parents, educators, and neighbourhoods the resources and trust to step back so kids can step up by thought-leading, education services, science, blogging, public speaking, and legislative activism. They’re making it easy, natural, and legal for parents to raise resilient, resourceful, and self-sufficient children.
