Who May Be Eligible?

Here are the eligibility requirements set by the corporation for this program:

  • Candidate should be a Tennessee resident for one year prior to the date of application.
  • Applicant should be enrolled in a federal Title IV eligible curriculum of courses leading to a certificate or associate degree.
  • Students should not have previously earned an associate degree or baccalaureate degree.
  • The fellow should enroll in and attend at least six hours at an eligible institution.
