Teddy Lee Drumm Memorial Scholarship Fund was set up by Ted and Buena Drumm to remember and honor their child when he encountered an unexpected death at the age of 46 on October 4, 1999. The motivation behind the fund is to give grant support to Sharon youth chasing after their post-secondary training. The grant is planned to help an understudy who is exceptionally passionate to prevail in school and for whom the award will have a critical effect both personally and monetarily. The objective of the Teddy Lee Drumm Memorial Scholarship is to give grants to graduating secondary school seniors who are residents of Sharon, Connecticut, for somewhere around four years and who are probably not going to approach other grant assets due to average grades.
The foundation is looking for understudies who are persuaded to seek after instruction at a certified school, college, professional specialized or expert foundation in the United States and for whom this honor will have a huge effect. Grant amounts change based upon the measure of financing accessible, the pool of competitors applying, and the strength of candidates’ applications. Although, the minimum average grant sum is $1,500.
