SVC Foundation is happily introducing scholarships to advance your education; College Scholarships and Industry Scholarships. The SVC Foundation is dedicated to developing future leaders in vacuum coating technology. They sublet the education and scientific activities of both students and those working in these fields. The eligibility requirements and benefits of each scholarship are different, but all these programs will help you in leveling up your career.
These scholarships are designed to provide all the needed support to the young students who will expand the field and will contribute towards the growth of the nation. The Foundation aims to improve the lifestyle of the society by promoting education with some funds. The Foundation aims to support the education of students and help them in completing their academics without worrying about institutional costs. The program motivates the students to complete their education with full enthusiasm and hard work.SVC’s long-term goals have always been to support charitable, educational, and scientific activities. The SVC Foundation was established in July 2002 to help realize this goal.
The SVC Foundation created a scholarship program aimed at supporting enterprising students and practitioners who have an interest in furthering their education in the field of vacuum coating technology. The Foundation also grants travel awards to students to attend and present technical papers at the annual SVC Technical Symposium. Since its inception, both programs have awarded over $350,000 in scholarships to students from the United States, Canada, China, Lithuania, and Spain. In 2020 we awarded almost $50,000 in scholarships and travel grants.

Who May Be Eligible?
The eligibility requirements for both the scholarships differs, as follows:
- College Scholarships: Anyone attending an accredited technical, vocational, two-year, undergraduate, or graduate school may apply. Students must be enrolled full-time during the semesters of the award.
- Industrial Scholarship: This scholarship is not intended for current students, but rather for those already working in a vacuum coating industry.

Only the eligible candidates should begin with the application process. First, download the corresponding application form and fill out all the details and send it to svcfound@gmail.com. Please make sure you provide all the information in the application form along with other supporting materials. All the applications are expected to be reviewed before the Deadlines, late, or incomplete applications will not be considered for the program.
Benefits
The benefits of each scholarship differ as follows:
College Scholarships: 3 students or more will be awarded annually at $5000.
Industry Scholarships: Multiple awards will be done annually in amounts of $2500.
