The Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County comes forth with a great opportunity for high school graduates. The foundation sponsors scholarships for graduates of Edgewood high school. Bloomington and Monroe County’s community foundation is interested in providing financial assistance by offering educational scholarships to Edgewood high school graduates. The students who have attended Stinesville High School or the students whose ancestors have graduated from this school have an opportunity to take advantage of this scholarship. Stinesville High School Alumni Scholarship is also available for bean Blossom Township residents who did not attend Stinesville High School.

The motive of offering this scholarship is to provide financial assistance and open up various educational opportunities for students with a bean Blossom Township School affiliation. Who May Be Eligible

Eligibility criteria for the Stinesville High School Alumni Scholarship are as follows:

  • Applicants must be eligible to graduate from Edgewood High School with a minimum academic grade point average of 2.0 on a scale of 4.0.
  • Candidates must qualify one of the following four criteria:
  1. have an ancestor who graduated from Stinesville High School
  2. have an ancestor who attended Stinesville High School
  3. has attended Stinesville Elementary School and resides in Bean Blossom Township
  4. Fellows must reside in Bean Blossom Township but did not have the opportunity to attend Stinesville Elementary when it was open.

How to Apply 

Applicants should provide their applications before the deadline. Applications for the scholarship can be completed online. Fellows must complete the application and attach all the documentation with the application. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered for the scholarship. Students must follow the deadlines strictly.
