Applicants should be enrolled in a college, university, or post-secondary institution in the 2021-22 academic year to pursue a bachelor’s degree in a STEAM major to be eligible. Fellows should belong to a historically underrepresented population/group including BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), members of the LGBTQ2+ community, people with disabilities, veterans, first-generation college students, etc.

Who May Be Eligible

How to Apply

Only the students who are sure about their eligibility can apply for the program through an online process. Applicants can apply for the programs by providing all the necessary data and supporting materials. Please check the deadline and make sure you do not submit applications after the deadline as those will not be accepted. Please provide all the supporting document with care.

Benefits

Stantec will be awarding $200,000 in scholarships for the 2021-22 academic year, with individual award amounts ranging from $1,500 to $10,000 each. The scholarship funds will be applied to educational expenses, including tuition, fees, books, and required supplies at the candidate’s institution. Students can transfer from one institution to another and retain the award. Remaining or unused funds must be returned by the institution to the Stantec Scholarship Program. Students can reapply each year as long as they continue to meet the criteria.
