The University of Arizona is one of the newest Stamps partner institutions welcoming its first group of five Stamps Scholars for fall 2020. The stamps scholarship is one of the largest merit-based awards available to Arizona students. So, if you are planning to enroll in the university as a freshmen student, then you have an excellent chance to get your education funded.
The aim of this program is to provide the needed support to the student who deserves it. This program effectively reduces the financial burden of the students and helps them complete their academics in the university without any worries. The program encourages and appreciates all the exceptional scholars to make most of their academic years.
Stamps Scholars program is a national prestigious merit scholarship program and community that helps exceptional students become meaningful leaders throughout society. The first stands scholars program launched in 2006 at the University of Michigan a d Georgia Tech, and since then the program has grown to nearly 40 schools across the country. In 2019, 217 Stamps Scholarship recipients joined their community of more than 2000 stamps scholars and alumni. The Strive foundation partner schools evenly share the costs of the awards and provide needed assistance to the students.

Who May Be Eligible?

- The applicant should be an incoming first-team Arizona resident who demonstrates leadership qualities.
- The fellow should be in good academic standing.
How to Apply
You need first to get admitted to the university to be eligible for this program. Candidates first need to submit their Honors College Application no later than November 1, 2020. After that, candidates should complete their Stamps scholarship. After review by the selection committee, a group of finalists will be invited to interview in mid-January. All the needed details and the supporting materials should be provided with care in all the applications. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
