Spirit Halloween LLC is providing you a chance to make your home into the coolest haunted house ever by entering its Ghostober Sweepstakes. The sweepstakes contest is available for the legal residents of the United States including the District of Columbia and Hawaii and Canada.
Spirit Halloween LLC works as a seasonal retailer that supplies Halloween decorations, costumes, props, and accessories. The store was founded in 1983 and is based in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. It had 60 seasonal locations and was purchased by Spencer Gifts. The store carries decor manufactured by Tekky Design, Gemmy, Yu Jia, Seasonal Visions, Crazy Create, NewRaySun, PartyTime Costume, Seasons USA, and Morbid Enterprises. Many decorations are exclusive to Spirit.
Who May Be Eligible?
To participate, the candidates must be following all the eligibility rules:
- Open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia and Hawaii) and Canada (excludes Quebec residents)
- Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC, Discovery Communications, LLC., their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, distributors, retailers and advertising, promotion, licensing and public relations agencies.
- Void in The U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. Participants must be 18 years old or older to enter and win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Apply
Eligible entrants are provided with three ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Applicants must provide their email address at checkout at any Spirit Halloween store, or can go online to SpiritHalloween.com/Sweeps and follow the Sweepstakes instructions to submit an online entry during the contest period. Guests can watch Travel Channel during the month of October to “watch and win” up to 10 additional entry codes. All required information must be included to be eligible. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.
Rules
- Each participant may enter eleven (11) times during the Promotion Period.
- Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Benefits
One grand prize winner will be rewarded with a $10,000 cash amount in the form of a check by the Spirit Halloween LLC.
Application Deadline
The contest begins Monday, August 3, 2020, at 12:00: 01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) through Monday, November 2, 2020, at 11:59:59pm ET or the last day a Spirit Halloween store is opened, whichever comes first.
