To support excellent students to pursue undergraduate education, Southeastern Louisiana University is granting outstanding Entering Freshman Scholarships. Applications for these scholarships are open for incoming freshmen of Southeastern Louisiana University.
Southeastern Louisiana University’s Entering Freshmen Scholarships are divided into two parts: Priority Scholarships and Honors Scholarships. These awards will be offered based on the availability of funds and will make earning undergraduate level education at Southeastern more affordable for students.

Who May Be Eligible?
Candidates should meet the following requirements before applying:
- Entrants must be entering freshmen;
- Candidates should earn a minimum 3.0 semester & cumulative GPA;
- Applicants should be continuously enrolled full-time each semester (minimum 12 hours);
- You must attempt and pass no less than 30 hours per academic year. The academic year is defined as the combination of the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
How to Apply
Candidates should take part in any approved undergraduate course at Southeastern Louisiana University to be eligible to apply for a scholarship. Southeastern Honors Scholarships are granted automatically to incoming freshmen who hold an offer to study at the institution.
