- Fellows must be a senior currently enrolled in a public or private high school in Solano County; or enrolled in any community college or university;

- The fellow must submit Two Letters of Recommendation, which must include:

- Comments on the applicant’s

- Â Â Opinion of his/her ability to profit from a college education
- The name, contact phone number, and occupation of the person writing the letter. Submitted Letters must be signed within the last three months. A parent, close relative, or fellow student will not be considered a reference 1 of the two letters must be from a teacher.
- Applicant must submit Official Transcripts.
-   Statement of Purpose: 1-page limit. Discuss how agriculture has impacted applicants’ life. This should highlight who they are in agriculture, what has influenced them, and plan to take agriculture in the future.
