ShinHan Art Materials is delighted to announce the ShinHan Postcard Art Contest to educate and grow young artists in Korea. The competition is open to all art students from all over the world who are 4-18 years of age at the time of application.
The theme of this year’s competition is Your Happiest Moment in Life. To celebrate ShinHan’s 50th anniversary and its increasing global growth and popularity, this year’s contest is available to art-loving student artists worldwide for the first time in its history.

- Students aged 4-18 years from all over the world.
- Art-loving students from all over the world.

Rules:
- The theme of this year’s competition is Your Happiest Moment in Life.
- You may submit only one postcard. Fine art paint should be used as the main medium and other media can only be used partially. Postcard size: 14.7 cm x 10 cm / 5.78 in x 3.93 in.
- Entries are limited to ONE per person.
- Fine art paint should be used as the main medium and other media can only be used partially.
- Entrants may be asked to submit their work in digital image format (jpg, png and etc.) in case of loss/damage during the post delivery.
- The number of awards may change depending on the number of entrants.
- Awardees are responsible for any import taxes or levies payable on receipt of the awards in his/her own country.
- Entrants are responsible for the originality of their work and must guarantee the authorship, thus raising the organizers from any liability from any third party’ claims related to copyright and other connected issues.
- Entrants agree to follow the submission guidelines exactly and submit their entry in accordance with the specifications provided in the entry information. Any entry that does not use the correct dimensions or supporting information will not be considered by the judges.
- In submitting your entry to the ShinHan Postcard Art Contest, you hereby grant ShinHan Art Materials, Inc. and ShinHan Postcard Art Contest license for the full term of any rights that may exist in your entry to reproduce your entry in any medium (now known or later developed) to publicize the competition and resulting exhibition at ShinHan Art Materials and other possible venues, including but not limited to catalogues, visitor leaflets, exhibition-related materials, exhibition advertising, in-gallery displays (including but not limited to electronic and screen-based displays), internal management systems, on ShinHan Art Materials’ websites and on other websites and publications to which we contribute material where the items are made available on a non-commercial basis.
- Entrants grant ShinHan Art Materials, Inc. and ShinHan Postcard Art Contest the right to give members of the public a copy of any image or surrogate of your entry for the purpose of private study or educational activities or research.
- ShinHan Art Materials, Inc. and ShinHan Postcard Art Contest reserve the right to remove any content that may deem unsuitable. This might include but not be limited to content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable.
If you do not wish to grant ShinHan Art Materials, Inc. and ShinHan Postcard Art Contest the above rights or cannot provide the warranties set out above, please do not submit your entry.
