SEMA Scholarships and Loan Forgiveness

The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) has announced Scholarship and Loan Forgiveness Program for students who are in high school, undergraduate, or graduate in college or university and technology school in the United States. Students interested in building their careers in Automotive can apply for this program. Moreover, they are providing Loan forgiveness to those students who are employed by a SEMA member business, have a passion for automotive hobby and career, and have a degree or certificate.

The applicants selected for this scholarship program will be awarded up to $5,000. The number of awards will be approx—40 (varying). The award amount will be used for students’ tuition assistance and other required materials. The scholarship will help students to pursue their careers in the automotive industry. Also, the eligible students for loan forgiveness who have a minimum of $2,000 student loan will get much more help from this program as their loan pay-off concern will get diminished. This will help them to grow their career without having more financial concerns and also achieve their goals in the automotive industry.

The Specialty Equipment Market Association was founded in 1963 by a group of small manufacturers. Their mission behind the scholarship program is to support and allow students to focus on their studies and work rather than be burdened with tuition costs. The loan forgiveness is done to provide and contribute financial assistance, charity and help to employees of SEMA member companies with outstanding student loans.
