The applicants selected for this scholarship program will be awarded up to $5,000. The number of awards will be approx—40 (varying). The award amount will be used for students’ tuition assistance and other required materials. The scholarship will help students to pursue their careers in the automotive industry. Also, the eligible students for loan forgiveness who have a minimum of $2,000 student loan will get much more help from this program as their loan pay-off concern will get diminished. This will help them to grow their career without having more financial concerns and also achieve their goals in the automotive industry.
The Specialty Equipment Market Association was founded in 1963 by a group of small manufacturers. Their mission behind the scholarship program is to support and allow students to focus on their studies and work rather than be burdened with tuition costs.
