SEL Scholarship Programs for Undergraduate Students

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. would like to honour talented students by providing them with amazing scholarship programs. Through these programs, the organization aims to support the education of bright engineering students and prepare them for the power industry. The applications for these programs are currently open for the academic year of 2020-2021. This foundation will offer two $5,000 scholarships to undergraduate engineering students at Washington State University and two $5,000 scholarships to undergraduate engineering students at the University of Idaho. Apart from this, two $2,500 scholarships will be offered to students enrolled in technical programs at Idaho State University.

SEL knows that power industry has need of well-educated graduates and to make the higher education accessible and affordable for more students; it wants to supply the industry with much-needed people who hold potential to take this industry to the next level of success. Each participant of these programs will be provided with not only monetary support but also educational enrichment, mentoring, and internships. These funds are a contribution to students’ engineering and applied technology education.

Benefits

Two $5,000 SEL scholarships will be granted to undergraduate engineering students at Washington State University and two $5,000 scholarships to undergraduate engineering students at the University of Idaho. As another part of the program, two $2,500 scholarships will be offered to students enrolled in technical programs at Idaho State University.
