Point Foundation the National LGBTQ Scholarship

To help the students, who belong to LGBTQ, with their academic pursuit, Point Foundation has developed a wonderful scholarship scheme called ‘The National LGBTQ Scholarship’. The program is currently open for applications for the academic year of 2020-2021. Students enrolled or intending to enrol in a college or university in the United States are eligible to avail this opportunity. This program is only for those who identify as a member of the LGBTQ community. Candidates with citizenship of any country can apply, but they must earn education within the United States.

Transgender College Scholarship

Eastern PA Trans Equity Project has made possible very exciting funding opportunities for transgender students for the academic year 2020-2021. Each year, this organization offers a minimum one college scholarship to new or returning transgender college student. This scholarship is aimed at helping transgender students cover the cost of tuition, housing, books, and meals so that they can focus on gaining higher education rather than worrying about study cost. Apart from being transgender college students, the other requirements of this scholarship are that the candidates must be a resident of the Eastern PA Trans Equity Project service area, and must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or better.

Rainbow Scholarship

Madison College Foundation would like to call promising and self-motivated students for its Rainbow Scholarship Program. All eligible applicants will be awarded up to four $1,000 scholarships each semester. High school students planning to attend Madison College and currently enrolled Madison College students who identify as part of the LGBT community are welcome to be potential applicants of this program. There is no geographical restriction for this funding opportunity as both US, and non-US citizens can qualify.
