Higher education is the most important part of a student’ life. It contributes to developing students overall personality and establishing a career that students dreamt of. Roothbert Fund, Inc. is a small, like all-volunteer scholarship fund, based in New York City. It was established in 1958 as a living memorial to the combined idealism of two people: Albert and Toni Roothbert. The purpose of Albert behind forming this fund was to assist candidates who consider it their responsibility to fulfil their spirituality in both thought and action.
