Pride in Diversity STEM Scholarship

Diversity makes the country a more beautiful and interesting place to live in. It brings many different ideas, cultures, languages together. It gives people a chance to explore what others got and exhibit what makes them different. But there ought to be unity in diversity as without unity diversity cannot contribute to making things beautiful and peaceful around us. To promote sexual diversity in the country, Aronow.io together with Bold.org has established a funding program named “Pride in Diversity Scholarship”. This scholarship program is meant for encouraging people from the LGBTQ community and promoting their education. The Pride in Diversity Scholarship will be granted to one deserving member of the LGBTQ+ community seeking a degree in STEM in order to promote further representation.

Aronow.io and Bold.org both believe that no one should be judged based on their culture, background, and sexuality. No matter what religion and sexuality anyone belongs to, it should really not be a barrier in their life. For many people, being a part of an LGBTQ+ community brings challenges in their life such as discrimination, bullying, and unacceptance. And this is where some of them choose to hide their identity and compromise with things they like. But today, people are becoming more aware of the rights of people from this community and coming forward to support them. To do its part in furthering this support, Aronow.io has started scholarship programs with the generous assistance of Bolg.org. These scholarships aim to uplifting the students who belong to the LGBTQ community and giving them chance to fulfill their academic dreams.

Aronow.io is a famous consulting firm that focuses on practices centered on diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. It has seven years of recruiting experience in the competitive Silicon Valley market and offers personalized recruiting and training services to both hiring teams and job seekers. Its daily mission is to find the right candidates for the employers and reduce the time to hire.
