Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the PSF, you must:
- Be a currently enrolled first year, sophomore, or junior at Reed College.
- Plan to be enrolled at Reed in the fall following the fellowship.
- Maintain good academic standing.
- Not have been a previous President’s Summer Fellow.
Benefits
Fellows receive up to $5,000 for their summer project. Additionally, recipients who receive financial aid from the college are eligible for an extra $2,000, automatically added and verified with the Financial Aid office.
Application Process
All applications are submitted online through Handshake. Required materials include a resume, cover letter, budget, and a short survey. Additionally, a letter of recommendation and endorsement of a host organization (if applicable) should be emailed to clbrfellowships@reed.edu.
