The Pablo Neruda Prize for Poetry

The University of Tulsa offers two Pablo Neruda poetry scholarships each year, one worth $2,000 and the other worth $1,000. Amy Lowell Travelling Poetry Scholarship

Amy Lowell, an American artist, died in 1925. In her will, she created an annual scholarship to fund talented American-born poets’ travel abroad. The scholarship is administered by the Trustees at Choate, Hall & Stewart in Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with her will.

Any poet born in the United States who is able and eager to spend a year outside of North America is eligible to apply.
