To fall into the eligibility criteria the applicants must be enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate or graduate-level program.
How to Apply
The students need to write a 2 part essay with 1000 word each on the given questions and mail it to medmalscholarship@gmail.com. The questions given for the essay are:
- Should doctors be liable for medical malpractice in regards to their handling of the COVID-19 Pandemic? Why or why not?
- How will COVID-19 impact the future of the legal industry and trial process including due process?
