Outer Banks Community Foundation Scholarships

If you are searching a scholarship to pay for your college or university expenses, then, apply to one of the 55 grants offered by the Outer Banks Community Foundation. The graduating high school seniors from Dare County, Currituck County and Ocracoke are encouraged to join.

The grant is a massive contribution towards applicants from various fields to assist them in their career. The students indulged in any majors will have support through the award amount to cover their expenses related to higher education.

The Outer Banks Community Foundation worked as a public charity and was established in 1982. It helps meet local needs in Dare County and across all Outer Banks communities, from Corolla to Ocracoke Island.

Who May Eligible?

Candidates must go through the below-mentioned requirements to qualify:

  • Applicants must be graduating high school seniors from Dare County, Currituck County, and Ocracoke.
  • Some scholarships are also available to adult continuing education students.
  • Non-traditional students also are eligible to apply for several scholarships
